Software Developer

We’re looking for a Software Developer who can work across all of our systems — supporting and improving legacy web applications while also helping us design and build new features and platforms. You’ll be writing clean, maintainable code in a collaborative, remote-first environment. This is a great role for someone who enjoys wearing multiple hats and isn’t afraid to dig into both new and old code.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Maintain and enhance legacy systems built with VB.NET
  • Help design and build modern applications using Blazor and the latest C# .NET tools
  • Collaborate with support, product, and other developers to plan and implement features
  • Debug, test, and troubleshoot issues across the full stack
  • Write clean, well-documented, and efficient code
  • Participate in code reviews and ongoing system improvements

What We're Looking For

  • Proficiency in C#, VB.NET, and SQL
  • Working knowledge of JavaScript libraries, HTML, and CSS
  • Flexibility and willingness to work with both legacy codebases and modern platforms
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a collaborative mindset
  • Ability to work independently in a fully remote team

Qualifications

  • Real world experience in software development
  • No specific degree required — experience, skill, and mindset matter most
  • Experience with Blazor, SQL, and C# is a plus (or willingness to learn quickly)
