AI Integration Specialist

We’re hiring an AI Integration Specialist to spearhead how SGA Software uses artificial intelligence to enhance products, internal processes, and customer experiences. You’ll evaluate tools, lead integration projects, build AI-enhanced features, and act as a bridge between vision and execution. This is a hands-on, strategic role — perfect for someone who thrives on experimentation but also knows how to get things into production.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Lead the exploration and implementation of AI and machine learning tools across SGA’s product platforms
  • Integrate AI into client-facing features
  • Automate or improve internal processes and workflows using AI (e.g. documentation, support triage, QA testing)
  • Research and recommend appropriate AI frameworks, APIs, and platforms
  • Collaborate closely with developers, support, and product teams to align AI initiatives with real-world needs
  • Monitor AI effectiveness, accuracy, and ethical use — including maintaining user trust and compliance

What We're Looking For

  • Strong understanding of AI/ML technologies, especially for real-world software applications
  • Experience working with APIs, models, and frameworks
  • Ability to translate high-level AI ideas into viable, scalable, maintainable solutions
  • Full-stack familiarity (especially .NET/C# and SQL) is a major plus, but not required
  • Strong communication and leadership skills — you’ll be guiding both direction and execution
  • Experience in SaaS, CRM, accounting, or fitness tech is helpful, but not required

Qualifications

  • Experience working with AI/ML tools or systems, including at least one production implementation
  • Demonstrated ability to lead or own a project from concept to rollout
  • No specific degree required — what matters most is vision, skills, and execution
  • Passion for emerging technology, continuous learning, and solving real business problems with AI
